Community Care Resources is a statewide Wisconsin foster care agency. Foster parents can live in any Wisconsin county we service and receive in-home weekly visits and 24/7 support services.
Pre-qualify over the phone and help Wisconsin kids. Speak with someone today to get answers to foster care questions. CCR needs foster homes in ALL counties for children ages 3 and older and sibling groups. Married, single, LGBT, working or retired, everyone is welcome to explore fostering with us. Having a flexible schedule to meet the needs of foster children is the most important qualification. A complete list of basic foster care qualifications can be found here.
CCR kids have suffered prolonged neglect and/or abuse. Most children have behaviors and emotions due to childhood trauma and a team approach is used to promote healing. CCR foster parents play an integral part in the child's healing process and growth.
Our Clinical Case Managers are located throughout Wisconsin to support our foster families. CCM's provide important services to both foster parents and children. Children meet with Case Managers twice each month at school while foster parents receive weekly in-home visits. Therapy services are provided locally and benefit kids with trauma histories. In addition, continued education and training are offered in a variety of counties throughout the year. CCR training provides foster parents wonderful opportunities to meet as a group and learn from one another.
Kids enter foster care every day across the state and we desperately need homes in your county.
Referrals are made to us when a county foster agency does not have a foster home available for a child or sibling group. We never know what county kids will come from so it is important to have foster families licensed and ready across the state. We serve nearly every Wisconsin county with the exception of far north reaching counties.
