Yes, we need foster homes in your county! Kids needing a loving, stable home are referred to CCR every day by counties all over the state. That means we need foster homes in nearly every county to match children with nearby families that can meet their needs. We receive 45-50 referrals every month. Sadly, we place only a tiny percentage of the kids because we don't have enough foster homes. You can help!
Some things we consider when matching a child or sibling group with a foster family are:
After a child or sibling group is placed with a family, 24/7 support services begin immediately. Our Clinical Case Managers have offices throughout Wisconsin to provide professional support when foster families need it most. Each Case Manager has a region of responsibility and visits their assigned foster homes weekly. CCR is the only Wisconsin foster agency providing WEEKLY in-home support visits. In addition, Case managers also meet with kids at school and any required therapy services are offered locally to benefit children with childhood trauma.
Be part of something extraordinary in your community. Share your family, friends, and neighborhood with a youth or sibling group in need. By providing stability and structure, kids can begin to heal. Exceptional growth happens when kids receive necessary treatment services to address trauma histories. We urge you to consider fostering in your county with CCR.
