The need for more Wisconsin foster parents is greater than ever. By providing foster care in your county, you can create change locally. Get involved in your community by providing a safe, loving home to Wisconsin kids in foster care. Kids ages 2-18 and sibling groups are referred to CCR daily from counties across Wisconsin. We do not have enough foster homes for all the kids referred. If you live in one of the 60+ counties we serve, you can help give a child or siblings a stable, loving home.
When a youth or sibling group is referred to CCR, we match them with a foster home in the area that best meets their needs. The length of placement is typically 12-18 months, and our focus is helping kids heal from trauma.
Some things we consider when matching a child or sibling group with a foster family are:
All CCR foster parents receive local, 24/7 support services, including weekly, in-home support visits. Foster parents deserve consistent, dependable support beyond regular business hours. Our team is available!
The need is great. Kids are entering foster care at alarming rates. More than ever, we need homes for sibling groups and teens. If you have a flexible schedule and a desire to help children heal, we would love to hear from you. Our team will guide and support you through the licensing process and beyond. Kids will attend your local school, and any required therapy services are offered locally to benefit children with childhood trauma. In addition, a medical card and monthly stipend are provided to help with the expenses of caring for a child.
Be part of something extraordinary in your community. Share your love and provide stability for a youth or sibling group. By providing a structured home environment and access to services, kids can begin to heal. We urge you to consider fostering in your county with CCR.
