- Approximately 125 licensed homes located throughout central and southern Wisconsin
- Capacity of 1 to 4 youth in each home depending on each family’s licensure status
- Treatment foster homes are structured, treatment focused, F.I.T.T. trained (Foundations in Treatment Training) and skills-based

- Males and females
- Moderately to severely disturbed youth who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties
Back To Top Treatment Levels « Level I Moderately disturbed youth CAFAS* score under 100 « Level II Severely disturbed youth CAFAS* score over 100 Requires significantly higher level of supervision and parenting History of dangerous/high risk behaviors or other significant risk factors Resources limited for youth’s specific needs « Level III Significant medical, developmental, behavioral or neurological issues
Back To Top Staff and Foster Parents - Clinical and supervisory staff are Masters degree level professionals with extensive
relevant experience - Treatment foster parents participate in extensive initial training and then monthly
training thereafter (24 hours of continuing education is required) - F.I.T.T. trained (Foundations in Treatment Training)and skills-based
- Staff and foster parents are carefully selected based on professionalism, skill level,

- Weekly face to face and telephone contact with foster parents
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- Written monthly and quarterly reports
- Training and support to foster parents
- Community service provider linkage for foster youth
- Involvement with biological parents
- Monthly Contacts with referring/placing agency and collaterals
- Bi-monthly school contacts
- Assessment of functioning conducted initially, quarterly, and upon discharge
- Individualized, comprehensive transition planning/formulation of a Transition Plan
- Crisis Management (24 hours)
