- Males or females, ages birth through 18 years
- Severely emotionally and behaviorally disturbed youth
- Juvenile sex offenders
- Specialized populations such as male adolescent sexual offenders

- Two professional Specialized Group Care Parents
- Masters level Clinical Case Manager – 13 hours per week on behalf of the SGC home
- Masters level Therapist – 6-10 hours per week, in-home
- Consulting Psychologist (out-patient, as needed)

Services
Provided by the Specialized Group Care parents (in addition to the standard foster parent responsibilities):
- Participate in treatment
- Have direct participation in monthly training meetings
- Promote Program Model
- Implement Life Skills training
- Provide increased level of supervision
- Act as professional caregivers
- Provide positive role modeling
- Participate in real time interventions
Provided by the Clinical Case Manager:
- Treatment team meetings for each youth
- 13 hours per week to the home with 4 hours of face-to-face contact with youth each
week
- Monthly staffings on each youth
- Monthly written reports
- Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment
- CAFAS* Assessments – Initial, Quarterly, and at Discharge (*Kay Hodges, PhD)
- Support and training to Specialized Group Care parents
- Biological parent contact/services as needed or at least once per month
- Liaison with school/community providers/referral agency
- Transition/Discharge planning
- Attendance at Administrative Reviews/court hearings/staffings
- Mental Health Services coordination/oversight
- Program/Treatment Plan – development, implementation and supervisory
